This house was totally flooded during hurricane Harvey & was a complete remodel. By opening up walls we created a huge Chef’s kitchen with beautiful wine bar. The breakfast area originally had a small bay window and we took that out and opened the space to create a lovely custom wine bar. The wall separating the living and dining room was removed and header placed to create an open living area. Large columns helped to separate space but not close anything off. Master was in much need of a walk in closet, so spare bedroom and awkward spaces were turned into a large powder room/laundry & walk in closet for Master Suite. Master bathroom was reconfigured to an amazing en-suite.
